How to find the hotel

Once on Skye, whether via the bridge or the Mallaig/Armadale ferry, follow the A87 to Portree. From Portree, keep on the A87 North-west out of Portree towards Uig and Dunvegan; after 4 miles, at Borve, fork left onto the A 850 for Dunvegan.

Follow this road for about 10 miles and you will pass the village of Edinbane at the head of Loch Greshornish. A mile after Edinbane the Hotel is signposted to the right, 2 miles down a single track road. Watch out for the sheep!

If you are arriving by ferry to Uig, follow the A 87 south towards Portree. After 11 miles, at Borve, turn off right onto the A850 for Dunvegan. Then as above.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to make a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of ?50 - ?100 is usually taken, depending on the extent and overall value of the booking. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival date you will be liable for payment in full for the rooms reserved. If we are subsequently able to re-sell the room(s), we would refund such payment, apart only from an administration charge of £20 (GBP). More important, we very much hope that you will not need to cancel!

We strongly recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to cover such an eventuality.
